Our recent forest school sessions with Miss Grearson have been full of imagination, teamwork, and autumnal creativity!

Shelters for Teddies The children got inventive building shelters for their teddies using natural materials. One group created a cozy hideaway for a dog teddy, complete with a grass carpet and apples for snacks. Another team built a shelter nestled against a tree, featuring a hidden chamber and even a swimming pool! Some adventurous teddies climbed hazel trees, where the children built a tiny food store to keep them fed.

Autumn Art Adventures We also explored seasonal art using a large piece of fabric. Children used leaves as stencils and painted with their hands to create a vibrant mix of designs. They worked together beautifully, decorating not just the fabric but also sticks and logs with their colorful creations.
