Grittleton Residential Trip Day 4

We can’t believe it’s already our final full day at Grittleton!

The day began in the best way possible, with everyone singing campfire songs at full volume. There were some fantastic performances, lots of enthusiasm and plenty of laughter to start the day.

After a breakfast of hash browns, we moved on to buggy building, where we worked together in teams to design and build our very own buggies. After that came rocket launching, which was great fun, although everyone got a little wetter than expected along the way! Despite the splashes, there were lots of smiles as we watched the rockets soar into the air and celebrated some impressive launches.

Lunch was a welcome break, and we were all delighted to tuck into our favourite baguettes before heading off for an action-packed afternoon.

The afternoon was filled with team-building activities, where we worked together to solve challenges and support one another. We then tried our hand at circus skills, practising balancing, juggling and other tricks. 

For our last supper, we enjoyed delicious burgers before gathering together for a big game show.  To finish our final evening, we held an unforgettable "corridor party". We reflected on our favourite memories from the week, shared the funniest moments and laughed about all the adventures we've had together. It was the perfect way to end such a wonderful day before heading off for our final sleep in the dorms.

What a fantastic final full day it has been. We have made memories that will last a lifetime!
